Made whole by God’s healing love, we identify with Jesus more deeply the more we seek to make God’s mercy known to everyone we encounter.

I’ve been witness to the Spirit’s healing work these past few months in nothing short of miraculous ways, and this has me more and more committed to fostering healthy hearts and minds at OLMC.

I’m pleased to say that, by most measures, OLMC is leading the way towards a culture of Eucharistic coherence and Catholic affiliation.

[I]t is my contention that tithing is the most important spiritual discipline we can undertake. Tithing is our commitment to the reality that everything we have is God’s.

OLMC is a parish that is teeming with LIFE and LOVE and HOPE. There are more baptisms these days because God is blessing us with an abundant FUTURE, which we get to experience here and now with his gift of life.

But as we eye the end of summer, with only a few days left until we start the new academic year, the heat is on at OLMC School to finish our preparations to accommodate the more than 300 students who will grace our halls this year.

With the end-of-summer lull, it seems like a good opportunity to make sure you’re looped in on our avenues of communication here at the parish.

A simple plan of life is the good scaffolding we need to give ourselves entirely to God and his purposes. Implementing the five essential pillars of Christian Discipleship -Sunday Mass, Monthly Confession, Daily Prayer, Serving, and Giving - will see us well on our way to growth in our relationship with God.

Prayer is the way to living in and through Jesus. We have to pray in order to love the whole world back into life. We have to give our lives over to Jesus.
