Dear Saints,

Imagination is the capacity to contemplate the unknown. Fueled by a creative energy rooted in God himself, human imagination is the engine that drives discovery and awakens ever greater understanding within our hearts and minds.

Most of us will never fully understand the mystery of the Trinity, but God gives us enough clues that we can start to imagine the awesome, all-engulfing power of its reality. We can have some small sense of the immense love that courses without pause between and among the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We know that it is the lifeblood of the whole world - that without it, nothing would exist. Nothing at all.

And we can understand that we have been called to participate in this perfect, powerful exchange. We might not have a good understanding of how it works or why God would choose us to be caught up in it, but we believe he has, and that’s all we need to know. He will work out the rest on his own time and awaken our imaginations to his plans as he sees fit. Above all, he will be with us every step of the way.
