Dear Friends,

Any other year we would have just finished our second week of school, but because it is 2020 we just wrapped up our fourth. It’s been a real blessing to have the children back on campus; I’m pleased to report that they are happier than ever to be here.

On Tuesday, we hosted our annual Back to School Night. Although there were many new families, there was an air of the ordinary to the event. That said, though, there’s nothing ordinary about OLMC School: This year I need to share with you more of the great things we’re up to, but for the time being I’ll leave that to the school blog (www.olmc.academy) and bulletin page.

As you can imagine, CCD will look a little different this year. We had a beautiful First Holy Communion last week, and we’re ramping up a special program to keep enlivening our kids with the love of Christ. It’s exciting to plan for a bright future in the faith for all our parish families!

Lastly, I’d like to repeat a personal appeal: If you need any help or support at all these days, please let me know. We’re in this - whatever this is - together.
